We are excited to announce our inaugural speaker series for this year. We intend to invite knowledgeable speakers who will share their experience with our members and friends. On September 14, 2019, Chris Ho and Joe Goh with Ratan Wakil will discuss 'Diversification through real estate investment’. Chris and Joe will share the Do’s and Dont’s of real estate investments while sharing real life scenarios of how successful investors created cash flow and “cash cow”. Ratan will discuss financing options available in making real estate investments. Chris Ho is the president/owner of Kingdom Estate LLC and Joe Goh is the VP of Business Development/Sales. Serving DFW area for the last 15 years in Residential and now Commercial space, they have been known for business savvy and exceptional client services in the area of real estate investment. All the speakers are members of the DFW Singapore Club. You must respond to the Evite by September 19th 2019.

Joe Goh our former Club President will discuss financial investments for the preservation of wealth and planning for the unexpected in the event of loss of income. Joe is a licensed investment adviser.
The event is informational and couples are encouraged to attend. Members admission is $5.00 per couple and non-members pay $25.00 per couple. All proceeds at the event are for the benefit of the DFW Singapore Club.
The Club has negotiated a group discounted price of $13.00 (including tax, tips and drinks) cash for lunch with New New Buffet Restaurant in Addison for lunch and the use of the private party room.
